Brydge Bitter - Bank Top Brewery
The Castle delivers another hard to mind microbrewed beer in the form of Brydge Bitter (3.8% abv) from the Bank Top Brewery. This is a small, 5 barrel country micro-brewery located in Bolton who produce "Real Ale for Real People".Surprisingly the beer was a little unremarkable? I don't know why, but there was nothing that really made it stand out as a beer I would seek out again.Anyhow if its the sort of thing that tickles your fancy, you can find out more at their website:http://www.banktopbrewery.com/
