Snowed In
It's absolutely puking snow down here today and I have been trapped inside. It's actually a shame as the few colleagues of mine that actually made it into the office today have ended up drinking pints at The Gunmakers and the pictures are even up to prove it! Yes the bottom photo is of my colleagues (I work with Peter) drinking it up, why I slave away at MS Excel spreadsheets and various MS Word documents at home. I'm tempted to venture out to my W14 local, but the constant stream of emails flooding my inbox is preventing me. At least it's snowing, cold and miserable and not just cold and miserable.

Easy there big fella! The only people eho are complaining over hee are the tourists and the British ex-pats! TV news has been filled with pasty Scottish and English lassies toasting on the beach and whinging that they weren't told it would be this hot. Jeez, it's only been about twelve days of 30 plus temps with four over 40s in the middle. Strike me purple it was even a chilly 29 yesterday! At least we can walk to the pub! And we have!! Nice weather for a lovely chilled glass of craft lager ...mmmmmm, Lager!!

All my mates back home are whinging it up bigtime on their facebook pages. I'd kill for a 40 degree plus heatwave!
I have the option of working from home whenever I need to. I find it pretty boring at home and actually prefer the office, or the pub. Take thse options away and it's dull!
